Management is bad, they cut hours, remove you from the the schedule. Barely any benefits (free 2 games bowling)

Cool environment, free bowling, decent food, easy to work around another job, leagues give consistent tips and customer relationships in winter

Cons

Inconsistent pay slows in the summer, big place lots of running around, can be stressful and overstimulating
