I knew Andy is a real talent. I had no ideal how much additional talent there is around him!

Cons

We are a small company. We have to stretch, but keep our commitments realistic.

Great company, unique opportunities

Pros

Lufburrow & Company feels like an extended family. They provide an environment that encourages employees to collaborate and learn from one another. The work is very interesting, and has enabled me to gain experience with some of the latest and greatest technologies being used in industry. Lufburrow & Company has a strong entrepreneurial sprit and I am amazed at the variety of different projects they are involved with. They provide great work-life balance, and are very flexible. I highly recommend!

They Type of Company I Was Looking For

Pros

Very family-like atmosphere, from the ownership down to the newest employees. The company is very flexible in the work options available to employees and isn't afraid to hire someone because they don't have a particular bullet point on the resume. They know good talent when they see it and try to bring out the very best in everyone.

Cons

I have no negatives to say about the company.
