Interesting industry, kind and smart colleagues, huge company that promotes from within so lots of opportunity, strong work-life balance, flight benefits

Cons

They pretend to be an international company, but they are not. All the VPs and senior management and up are German, so if you don't speak German, you can only get to a certain level. The pay is not the most competitive and the bureaucracy is insufferable.

Amazing people, wonderful work life balance, friendly atmosphere. Everyone treats you with so much respect, your opinions are taken seriously and you’ll never eat lunch alone. Every day I’m surprised by how amazing this office is. Truly blessed!

Cons
