      Pros

      Lufthansa Technik as part of Lufthansa Group is a very secure company with strong corporate culture. Its core business is fundamental for today's airline business and is very stable in regards exponential expand of the market. Good renumeration package and a lot of benefits on monthly and annual basis.

      Cons

      A bit slower and administrative time consuming cooperation between German offices and all subsidiaries. The company insertion and a direction in regard IT optimization and improvement is quite slow and tedious.
