We’re proud to offer competitive compensation and benefits, and we’re glad these aspects resonated with you! As a growing organization, we recognize that scaling requires intentional efforts to strengthen communication, retain talent, and ensure leaders remain connected to teams. Initiatives like "Your Voice Matters" and our engagement surveys help us understand our opportunities and our strengths. We'll look into the issues you have raised. Thank you for helping us grow. Great but far from perfect

Pros

Amazing people. Extremely smart group that knows how to tackle very difficult issues in pharma. Strong emphasis on keeping a solid culture and vibe through events, lunches, random perks. Interesting work (for the most part). Strong base of recurrent clients and solid business outlook despite consulting industry-wide struggles.

Cons

Accessibility to senior leadership is not what it used to be. Integration with Lumanity has not been great so far, but trending upwards. There are concerns that the greater organization is going do away with certain things that make Clarion great and there is a lot of uncertainty here. Hours are very variable and unbalanced. There are people putting in 80+ hour weeks while others are less than 50% staffed, which is driven by inefficiencies in staffing. All in comp is strong but boosted by the solid bonus structure. If overall firm performance continues to trend downwards, bonuses will be reduced which will lead to all in comp coming in below market average.
