Pros

Innovative and interesting place to work with the chance to get involved in a wide variety of projects. Everyone is so passionate about what they do which is great to see and creates a great atmosphere. Leadership practice what they preach and the business is always very transparent and open to suggestions to improve things. Colleagues are always happy to help, even if they are in different departments.
