Pros

Great people to work with. Like any large company there is structure and protocols that are followed that make onboarding and professional growth smoother.

Cons

Under Post the company management seemed to be tailored to running their departments. Engineers lead engineering departments etc. Towards the end of my career under Jeff's leadership people with no background in those areas seemed to take over and less concerned about the quality of the network and more about what will make their stock go up. Felt alot like what Boeing has been doing the past 30 years. Hopefully under new leadership the company will turn it around,
