Hit a ceiling after becoming a lead and no longer could advance.

Benefits, Plenty of company discounts. Discounts on in house services.

Management communication is poor. Low PTO allotments.

Pros

The pay is generally higher in the parts of the company that are union, however, the union aspect is definitely not a pro.

Cons

Nobody knows what they're doing. I couldn't believe the people that I worked with who had higher seniority than me in higher positions than myself doing incredibly technical tasks and having no clue the repercussions of any of it.
