Leadership continues to reduce headcount without understanding the consequences of their decisions; impact it has on customers and employees, those who are actually doing the work. Leadership continues to create VP positions, with high salaries, while most employees haven't received a merit increase in years. Performance reviews are a joke, employees are not evaluated based on actual performance, they are undervalued. Lumen continues to recreate the wheel, 1 step forward 3 steps backwards. Reporting concerns to the Integrity Line is pointless! New hires are brought in at higher salaries than employees who have worked for the company for years. Do not speak out or you will experience retaliation.
