      Cross-Team Communication is Extra Poor

      Pros

      Individual teams do pretty well. Benefits are nice, plenty of time off, flexible work schedule and work from home options.

      Cons

      Poor communication between teams. Projects get kicked off and nobody has answers for why or to what end. Connecting to an actual human in HR is pretty much impossible (have to communicate to 'bot' if you have any questions at all). Managers are your HR rep, dismal, outdated documentation on the internal site. Pay is passable, but don't expect any increases any time soon.

      Pathetic Leadership, Vicious Politics

      Pay checks arrive on time.

      Cons

      Horrible BOD, CEO and senior management team that has failed year after year. Lumen experiences negative growth each year and yet no one on this time has been fired? They only know one strategy--cut employees and reorganize with the same failed executives every three or four months. Truly a pathetic organizations. Many employees haven't received a raise in 5 years or more. Slimy politics and a culture of fear-mongering. Their best people keep leaving for greener pastures.
