There were several. First off, our floor was extremely unsanitary. They didn't empty our trash cans except maybe every other week, forcing us to literally work in and around piles of garbage 90% of the time, it gave the whole floor a nasty smell. There was mold on the ceiling tiles that after I reported it to my boss and HR nothing was done to replace them. As of the day that I left the toilets had been busted on our floor for 2 weeks straight, leaving a disgusting sewage smell in the hallway leading to our cubicles. They simply weren't willing to invest any money into our floor or department. On top of those issues getting worse and worse, they weren't paying people the commission checks they deserved. Retention hadn't been paid out for 2018, let alone 2019. SOV checks were 3 months behind and generally much smaller than they were supposed to be. They treated outbound CRIS like absolute garbage, and it smelled like it too.
