Benefits are good and the people are great.

Cons

The company is in a state of transformation right now, so the going can get tough. Reductions in force have been a necessary component of the business transformation due to the focus is on revenue growth and cost reduction. Leadership has handled these with as much compassion as one could hope for in these situations.

Great place to work but...

Pros

Great benefits, and 401K with matching. As a salary employee, had flexibility with remote work for personal needs (doctors appointments, package needed signature, etc).

Cons

When I was exited from the company, had no raise for 4 years, bonus's were minimal as well.
