* Work forecast and future in certain verticals were good and promising. * Employees were treated well in terms of either package or travel (prior to 2 years) * Had decent allowances, if not best, for various out of office time work.
Cons
* Stagnated with their HR and Finance policies, and over the years, it became regressive. * Unhealthy practices in managing employee career prospects within the organisation. * Employee welfare were ignored for better productivity results with non-flexible policies.
