- Professional growth (outside of just learing how CTL does things) is non-existant
- No real training whatsoever (plenty of web based, cheap training)
- Promotion and career opportunities are rare. Merger created some opportunities, but going forward will likely be very static.
- Upper management in IT seems to be a culture of 'yes' and cronyism.
- Merger has created a disfunctional environment, and will likely require another year or so to settle.
- IT Program Managers are subject to inane/onerous processes from people who have no idea on how to manage IT initiatives - Be ready for a mountain of administration that a monkey could do.
