With the pending merger with Century Link, job security is non-existent. Notebaert was an excellent CEO and his very personable and direct nature really filtered down throughout the ranks. In contrast, the current CEO and current senior leadership have proven very difficult to trust...to the point where the exact opposite of what they say is most likely to be true. Massive lay-offs occurring now in a very quiet way so as not to attract media attention when the merger finally completes.

No IT support is offered on site, all virtual help desk, training is all online, there is not a designated training department to tech hands on. It all look it up yourself..expected to be an expert, jack of all trades without the proper training.
