Pros
Stable. Decent benefits. Pay is decent.
Cons
Highly disorganized. As is true with most large corporations. Many days you're unable to work for a good percentage or at all due to system issues or inventory issues. It takes years of working there to find someone to contact to address common issues. There's not a lot of upward mobility. Several of my coworkers stuck in their entry level position for decades.
