Pros
Decent pay and flexible scheduling...that's about it. I made it out alive in just under a year.
Cons
-Incredibly toxic work environment -Company values are nonexistent and culture leaves a LOT to be desired -20 years in and the company is still growing like molasses -Poor leadership at the highest levels -Product is decent but lagging behind competitors (although the CEO will tell you it's the best in the market) - new versions of Nuance are miles ahead of LumenVox -Major issues retaining talent across all levels. When 15%+ of employees resign over 3-4mo, there's clearly a problem -GTM approach changes often -CEO is the biggest barrier to success -No consistency in messaging from leadership -Public bashing of former employees is rampant and horrible for morale If you value your sanity...run, fast, in the opposite direction
