Change is happening in the industry and LumenVox is on that wave. High demand for conversational AI technologies is met at LumenVox by massive product innovation added every quarter. Enterprise clients testing new AI-based technologies are astonished to find results that beat any of the big names. It's very cool to witness this and be part of this change.

Cons

Working remote has a price that doesn't suit everyone and requires self discipline. Add to that working in a very distributed team. The challenges can be overcome only if you have the right attitude.

Lots of smart co-workers who really enjoy what they do. Flexible working schedule that gives you good work/life balance. Great management team that cares about the employees.

Cons

Not many cons to working at LumenVox. If you have an issue you can always bring it to the attention of management or Human Resources.
