Lumenvox has a great company culture, being small you get to know everyone really well. Having flexibility with hours and being able to work remotely has given me a good work/life balance during my time working at Lumenvox. I've been able to work on a lot of really challenging projects. I've learned a ton during my tenure, both "on the job" and with outside education, which the company supports. Quite a few people have been with the company for a really long time, and I've forged some great friendships.

Position posted practically do not change and have same description for many years. Schedule was somewhat difficult to make work/life balance if you have a family. Benefits ok, strange holiday parties that may be fun for a younger generation. Company provides once a week lunch as a team-building event. Free parking. Occasional overtime is allowed.
