      Executive management has tried to make it a good place to work; reviewed salaries for women and minotiries during the pandemic and support Fridays without meetings, allowing employees to catch-up, learn, re-organize. Good technology, global presence, caring for work-life balance, flexibility. Recently, they focus on internal talent development.

      Cons

      Flexibility brings longer hours during the day, supporting sites around the world/clock. Executive management do not know how to grow organically. They depend on M&A. Also, they put too many eggs in one customer.
