Pros

Supportive Culture: The work environment encourages collaboration, transparency, and respect. There's a strong sense of belonging, especially in cross-functional teams. Learning & Development: Employees have access to learning opportunities, mentoring, and the freedom to take ownership of their work. Management is open to feedback and growth discussions. Leadership Access: Site leadership is approachable and involved. Even global leaders are present during key moments and genuinely interested in employee input. Recognition: Individual and team achievements are regularly acknowledged. The site was awarded the FDI Award Slovenia – Smart Enterprise and was also named a Zlata nit – superfinalist, a prestigious national recognition for outstanding employee relations and organisational culture.

Cons

Growing Pains: As the company continues to grow, some processes are still maturing. This can sometimes lead to ambiguity or shifting priorities, especially in cross-site collaborations.

Pros

- Flexible Work Schedule/Hybrid - Most people observe the practice of having less meetings on Friday so you can focus on finishing your own work - Unlimited DTO for exempt employees - Coworkers are generally respectful of each other

Cons

- Compensation is low for the valley in many departments (below director positions) - Top heavy organization (a ton of directors, senior directors, VPs, etc.) - Expect to support multiple time zones and have meetings at all times of the day (early mornings and late at nights) - No growth opportunities or internal promotions - Nepotism, favoritism, and clique culture - No backfill for any attrition, leftover employees will be forced to absorb additional responsibility - Volatile industry - Company preaches transparency but does not practice that - there have been awkward interactions in all hands meetings with HR when asked tough questions
