Pros
Large company, financially diversified and stable. Interesting technology. Seems to be a good place for interns.
Cons
Frequent and seemingly arbitrary layoffs. Lack of transparency from upper management. Power struggle at upper levels is clear as leaders get pushed around to different roles, often out of their area of expertise, fueling the arbitrary layoffs due to lack of understanding about the business they manage. Inability to commit resources and funds to complete new projects. Instead, they rely on acquisition to create new products.
