      Long Break long lunch typically 1 hour each break 1 hour lunch. So that's total of 3 hours of breaks but sometimes this break will take longer.

      Cons

      Too much politics and poor management. People are taking a long break but the night supervisor doesn't care. They typically take a 1-hour each break plus 1-hour lunch but they only clocking out for 30 minutes lunch. The company is a no business direction at all. CEO always talking good stuff but the company is not doing good.
