We appreciate your feedback regarding varied products although this can be a challenge, we see this product differentiation as a competitive advantage. At Lumentum we do have several products and this contributes to the company's success and we continuously plan for our product growth. As a result, we have consistently been rewarded for our efforts with very impressive payouts from our Cash Incentive plan.
