      Pros

      Competitive Compensation and some really amazing people. It's too bad that upper management does not realize or recognize!

      Cons

      Don't expect to have much of a personal life; Lumentum wants all of your time. Don't expect to feel important; Lumentum will neither realize or recognize. Don't expect to feel heard; Lumentum does not want your opinions or ideas, only your compliance.

      Pay is decent. People friendly.

      Cons

      management is a wreck. no planning, everything is ad hoc or plan as you go. internal politics. business management, very inflexible.
