7yThank you for sharing your opinion and experiences here with others. We agree that we have good engineers and managers who want to do a good job and in fact, succeed in doing a great job. One of our guiding principles is to hold ourselves accountable to enable empowerment at all levels. We are building a team of engineers and managers who operate in this way – not expecting, wanting or allowing micromanagement to occur.
