Some good people, nice cafeteria

Cons

No plan and no direction. Huge amounts of hiring and then large scale annual layoffs, no chance of promotion once you have joined. All hands meetings are high fives and congratulations whilst people are being walked out of the door, share price is half of what is was in 2022 as the entire managment team relied and then seems surprised that 1 customer who stopped ordering, management completely unaware of the day to day reality of the employees, product, tools for the job or strategy

Hostile environment, many layoffs, unhappy people with bad attitudes, useless old timers clinging on forever

Cons

A few people carry most of the load, rest just pretend to be busy with strong attitudes to mask their insecurities.
