      Very good fellow engineers, solid product management team and supportive environment

      Cons

      Very late hours and some super early hours Pay is poor compared to other companies in the area Laid off right before the holidays with benefits that would end by the end of the month Team is heavily dependent on meetings with very little in the way of knowledge transfer Very poor communication from upper management Unrealistic expectations
