      Great coworkers but management is stuck up

      Cons

      No matter how good you do, if you make one small mistake, they make a big deal or you are let go. Unfair treatment. Supervisors covers for other employees.

      generally good people, good working culture, thoughtful and respectable.

      Cons

      rapid changes in CEO causing rapid shift in policy, particularly in PTO. somewhat outdated leadership style and system. Some pockets may be very apprehensive to positive change and ideas. Some jobs are exteremely overworked and relentless because of this.
