Cool engineer guys at the lower level.

Cons

Outsiders came into the company and took over the work of others. Toxic and lack of coding knowledge not to say anything worse from upper management.

1. Most of the development happen in US, so late working hours is common. 2. Incompetent management in Bangalore - Management doesn't have automotive experience, so they are clueless most of the times. 3. Extremely dynamic environment - Very unstable development activities, always keeps changing. 4. Only process oriented - Teams in Bangalore office are only there to support with automotive processes for audits. 5. Incompetence - Luminar is filled with incompetent dummies with pathetic attitude, who neither understands things nor interested help.
