So far so good.

Pros

Training program is helpful so far, but long. Sick and Wellness days are provided each year. Cash balance pension plan starts after your first year. Retiree benefits available after 10 years of service.

Cons

Low pay and the benefits are not that great and pretty expensive. PTO policy is lackluster. You don't accrue until two weeks after the first of the following month from hire date. You can only use PTO 6 months out of the year. Very limited during the busy season.

Pros

Work from home, that's it.

Cons

Bad management, expensive benefits, terrible PTO, micromanaging is a huge problem, no communication from manager when needed just when you're doing something wrong. The pay is a joke, minimal raises, no recognition or appreciation (the employee appreciation used to be a gift card. Now its an email)
