* Management doesn’t care about the employees * There is no room for growth * Raises are only cents * Staff is consistently overworked and expected to work 10+ Hr shifts regularly * Coordination is poor from management

The company was recently acquired by DiaSorin since then it seems new hire salary is not as competitive and benefits are changing, not sure if for the better or worse yet.
