I had a wonderful experience working at this hospital. They truly value patient first and I feel like the clinicians there are highly professional and goal-driven. I worked in the Breast Center and loved the staff there. Great work balance and benefits.

Cons

I didn't feel like there was much room to advance beyond my role. Training and opportunities for growth were limited.

+ IT department is changing for the better + Lots of new opportunities for IT staff to learn and grow with new technologies and applications and teams + New IT leadership that really believes in professional development and thinking about whats next + CEO, COO, CMO, CNO, CIO that are relatable and accessible

Cons

- Growth brings changes and this is hard for everyone specially IT - New merger with DHS is causing lots of questions but everything seems to be working well so far - Maybe some rough times ahead but leadership seems to be open about it and wants to support us

Administration is changing its focus from community based and staff orientation to a financial focus and growth. They look good on paper as magnet but often don't practice the skills of magnet as they did originally.
