      * Free parking * Good employee discounts

      Cons

      * This is the first place of employment where I didn't feel a welcoming vibe from my new co-workers. * Lack of ability to telework if you are in the Corporate office even if there is inclement. You will have to use your PTO days rather than still being productive * Not really open to doing processes in a new way * The recruiting department really doesn't go into detail about the probationary PTO versus after probationary PTO during the offer stage. * Limited resources to do job properly and only certain people have access to resources. * Has a wellness program that no one really uses
