      I was able to build a great team.

      If you are looking for diversity and inclusion this is not the place for you. I learned absolutely nothing from my Director during my tenure, she overshared about her personal life and cared more about appeasing people than she did about the business of the organization. She was unethical and unprofessional. When you report your concerns up to the president level they do absolutely nothing.

      They pay is fair

      Cons

      The organization lacks diversity, management is poorly trained, and the benefits are poor. Only 22 days of leave (personal, sick, and vacation) is provided which is ridiculous with people with young children. Maternity leave is not provided and the hospital is full of racist/naive employees.
