      independent practice, excellent clinical/medical support, menta health practice well known in community, accepts most insurances, walk-in behavioral health clinic, psychiatric day program, substance use hospital, 2 adult inpatient hospitals, pediatric and adult emergency department mental health evaluations (24 hour service), collegial atmosphere. Medical residents, advanced nursing practice clinical sites/mentorship program. competitive pay, good insurance, and retirement plan. adequate time off plus time off for conferences/education, educational reimbursement program, and excellent amount allowed for educational/license reimbursement.

      Cons

      health insurance could be less expensive. Immediate business supervisors need better qualifications for his/her position. could do a better job at considering patient load versus patient acuity.

      Cons

      Turnover at the highest levels, multiple vps, cfos, HR etc. The only constant is the CEO who creates an atmosphere of CYA. They do not want feedback unless it is positive
