      Great Staff, friendly people for the most part, always very helpful, great patients too!

      management runs a tight schedule, not enough paid time off

      Pros

      Strong senior leadership, striving to be a more diverse and inclusive organization, nice campus. Good benefits- recently increased employer match for retirement, free parking. Good reputation in the region.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced environment. AAMC is goal driven which is not a bad thing but sometimes there are many priorities at one time. I'm sure others in healthcare experience the same - if you stand still you won't be around for long.
