      This physical therapy company is trying to change the game for the better. Offering mentoring, training and room for growth, This is a supportive system with numerous bonus opportunities, This company also has many benefits to assist with financial concerns such as student loans, tuition reimbursement, etc. They also give substantial amount of money and effort toward continuing education. I have had 3 promotions since starting here in 2013.

      Great community of staff and patients!

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch with their employees. I feel they will take whatever they can get from the employees without compensating them. I have had multiple friends with “promotions” ie. More responsibility but no corresponding increase in pay.
