What they stand for, the interview/hiring process is excellent & thorough, great company long term goals

Cons

Lack of care for employee health / mental health. I absolutely loved my job here, however, in my personal life I was dealing with a lot of personal trauma. Management refused to listen to me, what was going on, & or work with me what so ever. They made me feel horrible, I tried so hard to drop down my status from full time to part time, they would ignore emails and then made me make wait pay periods to drop down when I was clearly struggling & could not be there anymore full time. In result it sent me into a serious deep depression for several months because I tried so hard to keep up with full time hrs on top of what was going on personally. In result it made me completely burnt out, overwhelmed, & defeated. I would never recommend as a place to work for anyone for anything ever & this is the place I dreamed of working for YEARS. I will never forget what this company did to my mental health.
