      small clinic, good people to work with.

      Cons

      Low pay, skeleton crew, management does not like to hire needed help and keep people that could become fulltime as PRN for years but the people are good to work with.

      Low wages, low raises cents, staff is scary & in situations you can be hurt, management praise new employees but discredit senior staff, management speaks with staff disrespectfully, management talks about staff with other employees, no training, no structure, rules change daily

      Pros

      Benefit, continuing education... and that is about it. I truly do not have anything else good to say about this company. My co-workers were the only good thing about working here.

      Cons

      Management/administration, work-life balance, burn out, subpar pay, horrible work hours, lack of communication from HR/admin to employees, call center= a disaster, HR is extremely rude, new hire training? Non- existent. A bunch of false promises.
