Team members are awesome. They provide free lunches occasionally.
Cons
Management is what makes working at Lumisource extremely difficult. They are demeaning, unprofessional, and constantly micromanage. They do not listen to their employee's opinions or expertise. There is no movement career wise here. They say it's a "start up" and "family" culture but they really mean they expect you to put up with this unprofessional behavior with a smile and little pay. Expectations and goals are constantly shifting with no clarification and these is a complete lack of responsibility from management. You will be expected to read their minds and produce work in an unreasonable time.
