Pros

Remote, decent salary, good coworkers, great business model.

Cons

Cofounder should not manage people. She is toxic, manipulative and a liar. She is impossible to work for once you disagree with her.

Thank you for taking the time to review Luna and share your experience. While we’re glad to hear you enjoyed your coworkers and the model, we’re deeply disappointed to learn about your poor experience with one of the co-founders. Our hope is that this feedback, with additional context, was shared during your tenure or exit interview so that appropriate steps, such as a development plan or restructuring, can ensure everyone is set up for success. Luna is committed to investing in leadership development and executive coaching, drawing on external expertise to support both emerging and founding leaders. We acknowledge that no one is perfect, but leaders have a responsibility to foster an inclusive and positive environment where team members feel empowered to do their best work. A toxic or non-inclusive culture is unacceptable, and we deeply regret any role we played in your negative experience. We sincerely apologize and genuinely appreciate your feedback. If you’re comfortable, please reach out to us at peopleops@getluna.com with any additional details you’d like to share. Thank you again for your honesty and thoughtfulness.
