This is an excellent company to work for comprised of highly skilled employees who are supportive and growth minded. The Leadership teams are easily accessible and support/encourage ideas for growth. The work environment is upbeat with positive energy and has a common theme of people helping each other to achieve a common goal.

Cons

This is a busy and fast paced environment where change and growth are happening everyday. It's an exciting environment to be in as you can really see the future of healthcare being impacted positively.

Pros

Innovating and growing team. If you have potential that is not being used, Luna is for you! Its a company that helps me use my potential and helps me learn more everyday. The All Hands team meetings gives employees visibility into all departments and business information.. none my previous jobs shared business goals and all department updates. I feel involved and rewarded for my work. It truly feels a merger of tech and healthcare work environment.

Cons

Company is in growth mode and there can be some growing pains.. Its not an easy 9-5 job.. its demanding, fast paced and needs you to be on your A game 95% of the time. Not a con for me..
