      Pros

      Good work-life balance, fun people (when they want to be).

      Cons

      Very childish / unprofessional behavior is tolerated. Pay package is changing (and not for the better). Growth opportunities don't seem to exist anymore unless you are Danish. US views in drug development not solicited by HQ.

      Now Lundbeck Inc., this is a fabulous work environment - collegial, entrpreneurial, encouraging risk taking

      Pros

      Very Supportive and competent senior management team Open door, wants the truth in time to act Great group of people with a culture of openness and sharing - very little in way of politics

      Cons

      Small pharma with currently a small base of promoted products - but a very strong pipeline and very active BD/Licensing activity. It leads to higher level of risk and a very fluid work environment in terms of shifts in priorities and workloads at times. But this is a short-term phenomena as we prepare for a strong future.
