Pros
Lundbeck is an incredible place to work. Many organizations tout valuing and investing in culture, but few truly embrace it. At Lundbeck, culture is paramount. Unlike other organizations, decisions are made quickly, and regardless of seniority or title, employees have a voice…and leadership listens. Colleagues are supportive – not competitive – and there is a genuine spirit of collaboration. I consider myself lucky to be a part of Lundbeck, and to have opportunities to continue to grow and develop while contributing to restoring brain health.
Cons
For me, Lundbeck is located outside of a commutable distance; however, I am appreciative that Company is reasonable with remote opportunities and travel expectations.
