Pros
Mostly positive culture - highly variable depending on group. Compared to the neighboring big pharma companies, this place is heaven. Flexibility is great, again dependent on your manager. Great benefits, esp the PTO.
Cons
Lundbeck tends to favor consultants over adding permanent headcount, which means you invest more time working with untrained / minimally trained workers who have no incentive to improve performance. Accountability is not a two-way street, unfortunately, despite all of the talk from senior leadership. Positive company culture is slowly being replaced by gaslighting and backstabbing.
