No room for growth, discrimination, low pay, incompetent leadership, ask for employee input but doesn't take into consideration, no compassion for employees, doesn't reward excellent work ethic.

Pros

The Somerset NJ site for Lupin is a manufacturing and R&D site. It is fast-paced and there is always something to get involved with. The site holds fun events for the employees such as food truck festivals and company picnics. It's a teamwork environment with a great mix of diversity. The site does promote from within when possible, and takes employee feedback into consideration on multiple issues. There is a company-wide forum every quarter when the employees have the chance to ask questions to upper management. It's an exciting place to work and the leadership team, which is almost all new within the last 2 1/2 years, are great and all have open door policies.

Cons

The Somerset NJ is a busy place where you'll work in multiple projects at a time. I would not consider this a negative because I enjoy the variety, but it is something to know.
