*Other top management played favorites and allowed their direct reports carte blanche *The CEO although a compassionate and is disconnected to what is happening in her own Baltimore headquarters and allows her President to mishandle his location as well as mistreat many of the employees *Salary discrepancies, between equal positions is great and without explanation *Executives are allowed to mistreat subordinates and it is ignored by HR *Employees are promiised certain things by HR and management and these items are never delivered *Employment status is changed without any input or notification for the employee *Confidential information is discussed out in the open by the HR department
