      Free stuff if you like that sort of thing.

      Cons

      Non existent discipline, Nepotism, abject failure rewarded by sideways promotion, almost impossible to get the sack, waste far to much money through sheer incompetence.

      flexibly hours and shift patterns free hot beverages for staff 24 hours, safe clean and friendly work environment all year round

      Cons

      if you are not use to hard work then this might not bet the place for you as its a fast pace manufacturing environment that's not for the faint hearted
