Pros

Friendly staff Free products Generous employee discount Opportunity to progress Encouraged to engage in genuine conversations with customers Nice environment

Cons

Sometimes a struggle to guarantee enough hours, many contracts begin at 4 a week with the option of being able to cover others/take on more shifts if extra staff is needed

Pros

- 50% staff discount - Complimentary spa treatments once you pass your probation - Regular training sessions - Positive ethics & values - Great bonus scheme

Cons

- No support from higher up - Normal to be working 50+ hours a week - Lush enables/fosters a culture where absences amongst staff don't require any consequences. This leads to higher absence levels and affects store performance and Management morale.

Pros

- Great salary and bonus incentives - Strong morals - Training is a huge plus, very extensive - Focus on customer services is refreshing

Cons

- Progression opportunities are there, but correct candidates can be overlooked at times - Having to know the right people to get what you want isn't how things should work
